Steve and I finally broke down and thought it would be fun to show Judah some animated kids movies. We don't have very many of them (Nemo, Shrek 1-3 & Cars) but Judah loves them. He's always asking if we can watch "Ek" or "Caws" or "Eemo." He especially loves "Ek and Onkey" from Shrek. Some friends just gave Judah some swimtrunks with Shrek and Donkey on them. Judah was so excited that he wanted to put them on over his pants! That was a sight, let me tell you!

We introduced Kayla to Shrek when she was almost 2, and she fell in love with him/it right away, too. Now she's asking for Shrek 3 (which she saw at the cheapy theater with daddy) for her birthday. Little does she know that it's already in the kitchen counter waiting for June! I haven't seen it yet, so I can't wait to open it on her b-day!
